International Retailers – Stores and Wholesale

Kamibashi warmly welcomes retailers from any country who would like to stock our products.

To receive the Kamibashi wholesale price list / order form(s) write to chris@kamibashi.com and include all your relevant store info including your Tax ID #. He'll send it out to you within 48 hours (usually much faster) as a Microsoft Excel document – just fill it out and e-mail or fax it back – or give us a call and we'll take your order over the phone.

We have three order forms:

  • Paper Products order form (greeting cards, mini cards, framed prints, etc)
  • 100% String Doll Gang™ order form
  • Order form featuring our other doll products including the Freak-O-Bags®, DEBO Superheroes™, BLABBOS™, and Koonin Family Pets™.

We have two order forms – the "full" order form, a 4-page file with all of our products, or the "mini" order form, a one-page file with only our handmade (and fair trade!) doll products. Please indicate which form you prefer in your e-mail – thanks!

*Please note that you can mix and match types of dolls to make the 40 or 50 piece minimums. For example, an order of 25 string dolls and 25 DEBO Superheroes is enough to get you one of our displays (free with 50 dolls).

The String Doll Gang: 40 pieces assorted (no minimum per character) or 50 with a free birchwood display. You choose which dolls you want or let us choose for you – and remember, the more you buy the more you sell, so why not start with 100?

Freak-O-Bags: 24 pieces assorted (no minimum per style). If FOBs are ordered along with other products we are happy to be flexible on the minimum.

BLABBOS: 30 pieces assorted. We will send a selection of all shapes, please do not order by shape. Wood display is FREE (+ $10 shipping) with 80 BLABBOs or 40 BLABBOs and 25 other dolls.

The Koonin Family Pets: 40 pieces assorted (no minimum per type of pet). Please note that pets are ordered by TYPE of pet (8 cats, 3 dogs, etc.) and not by shape. There are many more shapes than can be seen on our website and we'll be sure to send a nice variety. Tags are also assorted – please do not request certain mottos. Wood display is FREE (+ $10 shipping) with 50 pets.

DEBO Superheroes: 40 pieces assorted (no minimum per shape). Please note that DEBO Superheroes are made in limited editions of 50 and are ordered by STYLE ( 5 Maru-bo, 10 Hako-bo, etc.). You will not receive exactly the same dolls as you see on the website, but they will be the same shape and just as cool as the ones you see on the website. Tags are also assorted – please do not request certain powers. Wood display is FREE (+ $10 shipping) with 50 pets.

Framed Prints: Minimum 6 assorted, no minimum per image. Framed prints are invoiced separately from other products and ship from the fabulous poster company we work with in Connecticut.

Birchwood POP display for The String Doll Gang®

Our Pop Display is a birchwood spinner that can be used with all of our doll products. Order it with the same header sticker on each side when buying only one type of doll, or choose a 50 - 50 display when buying two doll types. We also have a 3-way header sticker if you'd like to put all 3 Kamibashi doll products on one display

There is a limit of one free display per product per store (for example, an order of 50 each of all 3 doll products (150 dolls total) allows you to order 3 displays. An order of 25 of one doll type and 25 of another doll type entitles you to 1 display.) Additional displays can be purchased for $23.

Please note that displays ship separately from the dolls and the entire shipping fee (normally between $35 - $40 USD) will be added to your invoice to cover this charge. Because the display does not have to spend time in customs, it will normally arrive a few days to one week before your dolls arrive.

Our goal is to get our products to you fast, because the sooner you have it the sooner you sell it. We generally ship orders out within 48 hours, but during gift show season (the months of February, March, July, and August) or Christmas season, we take longer. Beat the other stores and order early!

If it is not busy season and your order hasn't arrived within four weeks of ordering (please allow time for overseas shipping and customs) then something is probably wrong. Please e-mail us and we can investigate the problem.

1. Credit Card – This is the easiest way for international customers to pay. Please fill in your credit card info on page 4 of our "full" order form, or page 1 of our "mini" order form, or feel free to call us with the info: 011-1-828-683-7994

2. PayPal – PayPal is also an easy way to use your credit card to pay. If you choose PayPal just let us know and we'll send you an e-mail with a link for the full amount of the order (including shipping).

3. Bank Wire – If you prefer to send a wire we'll be happy to e-mail you our banking info. Our bank charges a $20 incoming wire fee, and this will be added to any order under $500.

4. Personal Check in USD from a US or Canadian bank. Please make out checks to "Kamibashi" and send to:

We normally have everything in stock (including all of our 100+ String Doll Gang characters!) but once in a great while we do run out of something for a short time. If something you order is unavailable, Buffy will immediately notify you to see if you would like to backorder it, exchange it for a different character or different product, or cancel it from your order

Kamibashi is located in the eastern state of North Carolina and we ship all international orders by Priority Mail. We can also ship by UPS or FedEx if you prefer but this is usually much more expensive. It usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks for overseas orders to arrive (1 week - 10 days to Canada) due to the time it takes the order to go through customs. If you need your order in one week or less, UPS is the best shipping method and we can e-mail you a shipping quote.

To give you an idea of the shipping costs, please see below for some average orders and prices (in USD) to various parts of the world (customs fees and other taxes are additional and you will have to pay them when your order arrives). Please remember that the first pound is always the heaviest, so the more dolls or other products you order, the cheaper per piece each will be to ship:

Any product that arrives in less than perfect condition may be returned for a full refund. To make a return, please send an e-mail within 3 days of receipt with: 1) your name 2) store name 3) your invoice number and 4) a brief description of the nature of the problem to: buffy@kamibashi.com

She will apologize profusely as well as refund the item(s) and pay for the return shipping of any product that is deemed imperfect. Shipping expenses for shipping from North Carolina to the customer will only be refunded if the entire order is found to be damaged.
