To receive the Kamibashi wholesale price list / order form (it even totals your order for you and everything!) please write to Kristen@kamibashi.com and include all your relevant store info. I’ll send the list to you within 48 hours (usually much faster) as a Microsoft Excel document. Fill it out and e-mail or fax it back - or just give us a call and we’ll take your order over the phone.
Order minimums by product:
Greeting Cards, Stickers, Yuzen (any combination of all three): $75, or no minimum if order accompanies String Doll Gang or Koonin Family Pet order.
The String Doll Gang: 40 pieces assorted (no minimum per character) or 50 with a free wood display (made in the USA!). Displays ship separately from Oregon, so a $10 shipping fee is added to your order. You choose which ones you want or let us choose for you - and remember, the more you buy the more you sell, so why not try 100?
The Koonin Family Pets: 40 pieces assorted (no minimum per type of pet). Wood display (including shipping) is $15 with 40 pets, $10 with 50.
Framed Prints: Minimum 6 assorted, no minimum per image
Our goal is to get our products to you fast, cuz the sooner you have it the sooner you sell it. We generally get orders out within 48 hours, but during gift show season or the mad holiday rush, we end up taking a few days longer. Beat the rush and order early!
If your order hasn’t arrived within two weeks of ordering then something is probably wrong so please give us a call and make sure we’re on top of it – thanks!

2. Credit Card – First orders are by credit card, and future orders are Net 30 or credit card, whichever you prefer. First time buyers should fill in their credit card info on page 3 of our order form, or give us a call with the info.
3. PayPal – if you prefer to use PayPal (great for overseas orders) let us know and we’ll send you a link for the full amount
4. Bank Wire – If you prefer this method we’ll e-mail you our banking info.
Kamibashi ships most domestic orders UPS ground unless you request otherwise. Since we are located in North Carolina, we usually ship light orders to the West Coast by priority mail using the U.S. Postal Service because it is about the same price as UPS ground and arrives up to 5 days faster. Shipping is additional, but our handling fees are minimal (approx. $1.50 per order).
Any product that arrives in less than perfect condition may be returned for a full refund. Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. To make a return, please send an e-mail within 3 days of receipt with: 1) your name 2) store name 3) your order number and 4) a brief description of the nature of the problem to:

I will apologize profusely as well as refund the item(s) and pay for the return shipping of any product that is deemed imperfect. Shipping expenses for shipping from North Carolina to the customer will only be refunded if the entire order is found to be damaged.
